Public Affairs

overview

Some of our most successful work happens at the intersection of media, consumers and public affairs, creating campaigns that impact policy makers in Washington, DC while also reaching national consumer and business audiences. Our work with public broadcasting and renowned director Ken Burns has allowed us to create national conversations around the issues of race and civil rights, veterans’ issues and conservation. Whether the NRA Blacklist, the campaign for a new G.I. Bill or the celebrity-filled Huffington Post inauguration party, we can also tap into our nation’s capital to tell important stories.

We’ve conducted public affairs campaigns in markets large and small across the country, leading major conversations with diverse audiences, including the press. Among the topics covered: sustainability and alternative fuels, children’s health, corporate support for the arts, hunger, Native American rights, and many more. In New York, we are particularly connected to the political and opinion leaders in New York City and Albany. Among our recent campaigns were: New York City participation in this year’s World Wildlife Fund’s Earth Hour initiative; introduced Delta Air Lines to political influencers in New York City; and assisted the MPAA and the Mayor’s Office of Film in the fight against movie piracy.
