DKC believes that design matters, whether a new building, a public space or an innovative playground. We’ve partnered with some of the world’s leading architects and designers in positioning and media outreach, understanding the importance of language when it comes to architecture, and how media can significantly impact the viability of a project or an idea. Much of our work with architecture firms, from Rockwell Group to STUDIOS Architecture, has centered around expert positioning: raising the profile of the principals and their signature projects. DKC’s success stems from relationships with journalists and bloggers, and our creative approach to where a story might be placed – whether in New York Times Magazine interview, front of the book in Vanity Fair or a cover of Architectural Record.

These same skills translate into our work for real estate developers, where using creativity to garner coverage is doubly important. Our recent experience with Miraval Living, a condo project in NYC, in which we created “retail therapy” days with clothing vendors using unsold condo units as “pop-up” stores, garnered enormous media coverage and interest from potential buyers.
